Standard Work Schedule:
- Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm. MUST be willing to be flexible as jobs may change.
Position Summary:
The Sr Service Technician is an important part of the team, as they will assist with all phases and types of new construction jobs.
Position Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and diagnose a variety of service issues.
- Perform repairs, part replacements, and system maintenance.
- Manage materials, schedules, and ensure quality work.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Document work performed and report recurring issues to management.
- Be available for on-call and overtime work as needed.
- Follow all applicable safety guidelines and regulations
- Handle new system start-ups, first-year warranty issues, and service calls.
- Assist with all phases and types of new construction jobs.
- Assist with training service technicians on new services, equipment and issues.
- Available to answer questions from service technicians regarding diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Oversee and/or assist with after-hours calls as needed.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Required: 5 years’ service experience.
- Required: High School diploma or GED.
- Required: Valid driver’s license.
- Preferred: EPA Certification a plus.
- Preferred: New construction experience a plus.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting, and lifting.
- Must be able to pick up, lift, carry and move up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions (including heat, rain, cold and wind) while wearing appropriate PPE.
