This position plays a vital role in fostering a welcoming environment, as the Office Assistant serves as the first point of contact for families both in person and over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Performing general clerical duties such as light typing and data entry using online platforms
- Assisting with billing, collections, and logging financial transactions
- Supporting students with minor injuries or illness
- Collaborating closely with Administration
- Assisting with hospitality and support during school events
Requirements
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, including intermediate level writing
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Mail, Gradelink, and lunch program software
- Experience preparing business correspondence, billing documents, and newsletters
- A professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and complete tasks efficiently and accurately
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- CPR Certification (Infant, Child, and Adult)
- ADLA Fingerprinting clearance
- Virtus Certification
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday 7:30AM to 4:00PM
Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
