Job Title: Customer Service Associate / Cashier/possible assistant manager.
Job Summary:
We are looking for someone who loves customer service , team work, and a fun work environment! Must be able to multitask, communicate kindly and efficiently with customers, work quickly and efficiently, and stay calm in high pressure situations. Barista experience or some knowledge is preferred but not required. Looking for part time possibly full time positions.
Cash handling skills are a major plus.
Must be able to work all shifts (as early as 5:30am and as late as 4pm. we are open 7 days a week)
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while efficiently processing transactions at the cash register. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide product information
- Follow food safety protocols when handling food items
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions
- Upsell products and promotions to customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail environment preferred
- Familiarity with basic math and retail math concepts
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and POS system
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for providing excellent customer service
