What are the responsibilities and job description for the Musical Theater/ Vocal Instructor position at The Rockstar Music Academy?
The award winning Rockstar Music Academy invites applicants for new instructors in the Musical Theater Department. Hours are flexible Monday through Friday (afternoons/evenings). 10-30 hours per week flexibility.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Primary responsibilities:
- Teaching individual instruction in Contemporary and Classic musical theater styles
- Teaching multi genre vocal techniques
- Additional duties include individual instruction in audition techniques and group classes in acting or voice, and assisting department director with camps and other events
Qualifications:
- Candidates should have experience in MT education and/or performance
- Should demonstrate understanding of vocal anatomy
- Ability to play piano/guitar and accompany students is not required but highly regarded
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week
