Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate masonry crews on-site for diverse projects
• Ensure all work meets project specifications, safety standards, and deadlines
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and project documents
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment efficiently
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
• Perform hands-on masonry work when required
• Train and mentor team members to improve skills and productivity

Qualifications

• 5 years of masonry experience, with at least 2 years in a foreman or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and safety practices
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and lift heavy materials as needed
• Must be substance free and able to pass drug test.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large commercial projects
• Familiarity with project management software and scheduling tools
• OSHA certification or other safety training

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
