We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quartz/Granite Countertop Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately installing high-quality quartz and granite countertops in residential and commercial settings. Your expertise will help transform spaces by delivering precise, durable, and aesthetically pleasing surfaces that meet our clients’ specifications. Duties
- Interpret construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to determine countertop specifications and installation requirements.
- Measure and mark surfaces precisely using tape measures, laser tools, and other dimensional measurement devices to ensure perfect fitment.
- Install countertops securely on cabinets or designated surfaces, ensuring proper alignment, leveling, and support.
- Apply caulking, sealants, and finishing trims to create a polished look while preventing water infiltration or damage.
- Collaborate with project managers, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and other trades to coordinate seamless installation processes.
- Conduct quality inspections during and after installation to ensure adherence to safety standards and client expectations.
Requirements
- Skilled in using hand tools and power tools for cutting, shaping, and installing stone materials such as quartz or granite.
- Ability to read blueprints accurately and perform precise dimensional measurements for custom fits.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation, scaffold use, and material handling.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients effectively.
