About the Opportunity
We’re preparing to open a refined new restaurant and event destination in Clearfield, and we’re looking for Servers, Bartenders, and Hosts who bring professionalism, warmth, and a passion for exceptional hospitality. If you take pride in creating memorable guest experiences and thrive in a polished, fast paced environment, we’d love to meet you.
As a member of our front of house team, you will be the face of our establishment. You’ll deliver attentive, elevated service, maintain a gracious presence, and help create an atmosphere where guests feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they arrive.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
Our venue features multiple floors and dynamic event spaces. FOH team members must be able to:
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Climb stairs repeatedly throughout each shift
- Move quickly and safely between floors during service
- Lift and carry up to 25lbs as needed
- Work in a fast-paced, event driven environment‑paced, event‑driven environment
General FOH Responsibilities (All Roles)
- Deliver friendly, attentive, and polished service to every guest
- Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude during busy shifts and events‑oriented attitude during busy shifts and events
- Communicate clearly with management and fellow staff
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and well stocked‑stocked
- Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when appropriate
- Support fellow FOH team members to ensure seamless service
- Uphold all safety, sanitation, and responsible service standards‑service standards
- Represent the venue with professionalism and hospitality at all times
Server Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and guide them through menus, specials, and beverage offerings
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Deliver dishes and drinks with efficiency and refined presentation
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and anticipate needs
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas
- Assist with opening, closing, and side‑work duties
Bartender Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and beverages with precision and consistency
- Verify guest age and practice responsible alcohol service at all times
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
- Engage guests with warmth and professionalism to create a welcoming bar experience
- Accurately process drink orders and payments
- Monitor guest consumption and handle challenging situations appropriately
- Assist with inventory, restocking, and bar closing procedures
Host Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and set the tone for their experience
- Manage waitlists and seating with efficiency and grace
- Provide accurate wait times and communicate clearly with guests
- Coordinate seating with servers and management to maintain smooth service flow
- Answer questions about the venue, menu, and events
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area
- Assist with guest needs and traffic flow during peak hours and events
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in upscale dining, high volume hospitality, or event driven service‑volume hospitality, or event‑driven service
- Strong communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask while maintaining composure under pressure
- Genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- For bartenders: solid knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and wine
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and special events
