  • Deliver value-driven messaging that connects Discover You™ products to outcomes in education, mental health, and youth engagement.
  • Attend conferences, trainings, and community events to promote Discover You™ regionally and nationally.
  • Maintain detailed records of outreach, pipeline stages, and customer interactions using the organization’s CRM.
  • Collaborate with the program team to ensure seamless delivery and onboarding of new partners.
  • Track and report sales goals, feedback, and product trends for ongoing strategy refinement.

Out-of-School Time (20%)

  • Support the expansion of Out-of-School Time programs by building relationships with business sponsors and partners.
  • Present the value of program sponsorships, especially those that provide direct service to students.
  • Assist in identifying and cultivating partners for special events, program enhancement, and capacity growth.

Strategic Program Sponsorship Development

  • Drive the expansion of Discover You™ and Out-of-School Time programs by identifying, cultivating, and securing high-impact business sponsorships that directly support youth development.
  • Develop tailored sponsorship proposals and presentations that clearly articulate the tangible outcomes and community return on investment for funders.
  • Build and steward long-term relationships with corporate and community partners, positioning them as champions of student success.
  • Collaborate with the President/CEO and fund development team to align sponsorship strategies with broader revenue and mission goals.

Cross-Organizational Collaboration

  • Represent The ROCK and Discover You™ with professionalism, passion, and integrity.
  • Participate in internal strategy meetings and contribute to fund development conversations.
  • Align sales messaging with organizational branding, mission, and values.
