Responsibilities
- Assist clients throughout the entire buying, selling, or leasing process by providing expert guidance and support
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and market tours to showcase listings effectively
- Negotiate offers and contracts to secure favorable terms for clients while maintaining transparency and professionalism
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings across various channels including social media, online platforms, and local advertising
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, property details, and transaction documentation using real estate administrative tools
