Warehouse Inventory Associate
About the Role:
We are seeking a Warehouse Inventory Associate to join our team and help maintain efficient inventory operations. This role is responsible for managing inventory accuracy, tracking stock levels, and ensuring smooth warehouse functions using Excel, JD Edwards, or NetSuite. The ideal candidate will have experience with order picking, labeling, pallet jack operation, and warehouse logistics.
Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: Track and monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.

Order Fulfillment: Pick, label, and prepare orders for shipping while ensuring accuracy.

Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain inventory records in Excel, JD Edwards, or NetSuite, generating reports as needed.

Stock Control: Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments, ensuring proper labeling and storage.

Warehouse Coordination: Work closely with warehouse teams to improve stock flow and ensure product availability.

Pallet Jack Operation: Safely move inventory using pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce inventory errors.
Qualifications:

1-3 years of warehouse and inventory management experience.

Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards, NetSuite, or similar).

Experience with order picking, labeling, and warehouse logistics.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to operate warehouse equipment (pallet jack, RF scanners, etc.).

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory control.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and compliance regulations.
- Prior experience using RF scanners and barcode systems.
