The RJF Team is seeking a highly motivated, creative, strategic, and tech-savvy marketing professional to oversee and execute our digital marketing efforts across multiple platforms and channels.
This role is ideal for someone who understands both the creative and technical sides of modern marketing — including SEO, AI-driven search optimization, content creation, website management, schema implementation, digital brand growth, and scalable marketing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage, update, and improve the RJF Team website
• Implement SEO best practices and AI-search optimization strategies
• Understand and improve schema markup and website indexing
• Help improve online visibility, lead generation, and conversion optimization
• Create and coordinate social media content and communication strategies
• Coordinate photo, video, and content projects
• Assist with digital growth strategy and audience engagement
• Track marketing performance, analytics, and identify growth opportunities
• Help build and improve marketing systems and workflows
• Stay current on AI, digital marketing, SEO, and social media trends
• Assist with branding and possible graphic design support as needed
