Part-Time Wellness Manager

The Miller Group, a top Midwest brokerage firm founded in 1961 with roots in the construction industry, is seeking a Part-time Wellness Manager to support the wellness needs of select Benefits Clients. The Wellness Manager will report to and work closely with the Director of Pharmacy.

Essential Duties:

• Serve as a wellness resource for clients and internal team members.
• Provide client education and guidance related to wellness programs, resources, and initiatives.
• Coordinate with wellness vendors, carriers, and internal Benefits team members as needed.
• Assist clients with wellness communications, campaigns, screenings, surveys, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Review client wellness needs and recommend programs, resources, or enhancements.
• Maintain wellness resources and stay informed on relevant industry trends, programs, and regulations.
• Support wellness vendor selection, RFPs, and related client projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of related wellness, employee benefits, or client service experience.
• Life and Health license preferred.
• Experience with wellness programs, platforms, or carrier wellness offerings preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and client service skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and exercise sound judgment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Comfortable communicating and presenting to clients and employee groups
