We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health team in Key West, FL. This is a field-based, PRN position providing skilled nursing visits in patients’ homes.
What You’ll Do
- Perform in-home skilled nursing visits
- Complete OASIS assessments and care documentation
- Provide wound care, medication management, patient education, and overall clinical support
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Deliver high-quality, patient-focused care
What You Need
✔ Active Florida RN License
✔ 1 year clinical experience (Home Health preferred)
✔ OASIS experience (required or strongly preferred)
✔ CPR/BLS certification
✔ Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
✔ Ability to work independently and travel throughout Key West area
