What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Health Account Executive position at The Roads Home Health?
We are seeking a motivated Home Health Account Executive (Marketer) to drive referrals and census growth by building strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, ALFs, SNFs, rehab facilities, and community partners.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain referral relationships
- Actively generate and follow up on referrals
- Promote agency services to referral sources
- Work closely with intake and clinical teams to convert referrals to starts of care
- Meet census and activity goals
- Document outreach and referral activity
Requirements:
- 1 year experience in home health, healthcare sales, or referral marketing
- Knowledge of home health services and referral process
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Preferred:
- Existing referral relationships in the territory
- Medicare-certified home health experience
- Bilingual a plus
Schedule & Pay:
- Full-time
- Competitive base salary bonus/incentive
Pay: $45, $85,000.00 per year
