The Roads Home Health Care is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to grow our home health referral base in Indian River County. This role is ideal for a sales professional who excels in relationship building, community engagement, and driving business growth within the healthcare industry.
In this role, you will develop and maintain referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted and independent living communities, and other healthcare partners to generate consistent home health referrals.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage strong referral partner relationships in the healthcare community
- Drive patient referrals through outside sales, marketing outreach, and networking
- Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and facility visits
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly referral goals
- Represent the agency at community and networking events
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent patient and partner experience
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of healthcare sales or medical marketing experience required
- Existing healthcare contacts and community referral relationships strongly preferred
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and generate referrals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in the field
- Prior home health or post-acute sales experience is a plus
- College degree preferred, but not required
