SAPPHIRE FOOD RUNNER - PT/FT
Serve guests, side work, and other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Minimum qualifications:
Seat incoming guests, ring up guest tickets, and assist servers as needed.
Answer incoming phone calls. Assist in setting up and breaking down buffets and salad bars and notifying kitchen staff when they need to be replenished. Side work as directed by the supervisor.
Minimum qualifications:
- Minimum six months of customer service experience required; previous customer service experience preferred.
- Dependable work history required; cash-handling experience preferred, and barista experience is helpful.
- Must possess excellent customer service skills and maintain a positive attitude.
- Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and maintain attention to detail.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and walk long distances.
- Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 30 pounds.
- Must be able to perform frequent walking, twisting, bending, and reaching.
- Must be flexible and available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Responsibilities may include cleaning tables, assisting servers, and assisting with the delivery of room service orders.
