FT Concierge Attendant: DOE
The Concierge Attendant delivers exceptional guest service by creating a warm, welcoming experience for every guest. Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering phone calls and emails, booking restaurant reservations, event tickets, and local tours, arranging transportation including taxis, airport shuttles, car rentals, bike rentals and limousines and providing expert recommendations on local attractions, shopping, dining, and entertainment. Additional duties include assisting with guest requests, serving as a liaison with the Front Desk, maintaining the concierge area, and ensuring guests enjoy a seamless and memorable stay.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the Boise area or the ability to quickly learn local attractions and services.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a positive, guest-first attitude.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
