Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Education Teachers to join our team for the Infant Room, Toddler Room and Support Staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschool-aged children. The Classroom Teacher will be responsible for implementing age-appropriate curriculum and ensuring the safety and well-being of all students. Support Staff assist classroom teachers with creating a safe and healthy environment for learning.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and creativity.
- Monitor and assess children's progress in various developmental areas, including social skills, language development, and motor skills.
- Maintain classroom management through effective behavior management strategies.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the educational experience for all students.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid protocols.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred; 12 credits in Early Childhood Education; or willingness to enroll in an ECE program
- Experience working with children 12 weeks - 5 years old in an Early Education setting.
- Knowledge of childhood development and best practices in early childhood education.
- Experience in classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies.
- Familiarity with special education practices is a plus.
- First aid certification is preferred; willingness to obtain certification is required.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
