Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dallas, TX, for a Guest Services Coordinator. The Guest Services Coordinator will handle day-to-day interactions with guests, including managing check-ins and check-outs, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues effectively. Additional responsibilities include assisting with receptionist duties, answering phone calls, and providing outstanding customer support while ensuring all guests feel welcome and comfortable.
Qualifications
- Strong Guest Services and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Experience with Receptionist Duties and a detail-oriented work ethic
- Ability to handle guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Proficiency in using customer service or booking software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality certifications are a bonus
