Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Loss Prevention Officer at The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island, located in Fernandina Beach, FL. The Loss Prevention Officer will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, associates, and property through vigilant surveillance, physical security measures, and proactive loss prevention strategies. Daily tasks include monitoring security systems, conducting regular patrols, managing incidents or emergencies, and maintaining a high standard of communication with team members and guests.

Qualifications
- Experience in Retail Loss Prevention and Prevention strategies
- Strong skills in Physical Security and Surveillance
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Ability to stay focused in varying situations, including emergency response

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in a hospitality or security role is a plus
