Key Priorities for the First Six Months
- Assess current IT infrastructure and processes across the organization
- Recommend strategic improvements to enhance system performance and security
- Reinforce IT governance, cybersecurity, and compliance standards
- Support business continuity and operational excellence initiatives
- Lead the development and implementation of RiteScreen’s IT strategy aligned with business goals
- Oversee all IT systems, infrastructure, and networks to ensure reliability, security, and scalability
- Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering collaboration, accountability, and innovation
- Ensure 24/7 availability and reliability of critical business systems and applications
- Maintain robust cybersecurity protocols and compliance with industry regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI-DSS)
- Direct IT support operations and ensure timely issue resolution and end-user satisfaction
- Oversee IT budgeting, vendor management, and procurement to ensure cost-effective technology investments
- Lead and deliver key technology initiatives, including ERP implementation and geographic expansion
- Identify and implement emerging technologies that enhance efficiency and competitive advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 7 years of progressive IT leadership experience in a corporate or multi-location environment
- Proven leadership in IT infrastructure management, systems administration, and cybersecurity
- Strong experience in manufacturing environments
- Expertise with systems including Dell PowerEdge, Microsoft ServerOS, MS SQL, Microsoft HyperV, VMware, IBM iSeries, DB2, and WebSphere
- Knowledge of cloud computing architectures (public, private, hybrid) and cloud-based application management
- Hands-on experience with ERP implementation or optimization projects
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical issues into business language
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, ITIL, Cisco, or AWS are a plus
