Position Overview:
The Rising Workplace, a leading provider of on-site ergonomic and injury prevention services, is seeking an athletic trainer, occupational therapist, or physical therapist to provide injury prevention & ergonomic services for a Daleville facility. This role involves providing on-site injury prevention services, ergonomic assessments, consultations, and OSHA first aid services for an industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver on-site injury prevention services, including ergonomic consultations and OSHA first aid
- Perform ergonomic assessments in both industrial and office environments
- Provide training sessions and group presentations on ergonomics and injury prevention
- Generate clear, thorough individual and site reports
- Stay current on research, tools, and products related to workplace ergonomics
Qualifications:
- Degree in a related field from an accredited university (Athletic Training, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, etc.)
- (Preferred) Certification, credentials, or strong interest in ergonomics
- (Preferred) Familiarity with ergonomic assessment tools (e.g., D-2, RULA)
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence in public speaking and training delivery
- Strong report-writing skills and attention to detail
