This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in hospitality, service, or spa operations who is eager to learn about innovative wellness services.
Responsibilities Include:
- Facility Oversight & Cleaning: Maintain the pristine appearance of our facilities. Ensure our service rooms and common areas are consistently clean, tidy, and well-stocked, creating a serene and inviting environment for all.
- Operational Support: Contribute to the smooth daily operations of the spa as a self-starter, always looking for ways to improve the space. . Turn over spa rooms quickly and effectively, but never missing the details. Complete opening and closing tasks autonomously and thoughtfully.
- Create Exceptional First Impressions: Greet all clients with a genuine smile and create an inviting, serene atmosphere from the moment they arrive. Guide new members through their orientation, explaining membership benefits, facility features, and helping them feel comfortable and confident. Anticipate client needs and offer thoughtful touches that elevate their experience.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage appointments efficiently, both in-person and over the phone, ensuring smooth transitions between services. Handle client check-in/check-out processes, process payments accurately, and manage client records with discretion and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in high-end hospitality, retail, or spa environments with a strong emphasis on client service.
- Physical ability to carry supplies up and down stairs, navigate wet and damp environments and conduct cleaning and maintenance operations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with a natural ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Confidence working with technology and proficiency with scheduling software and POS systems (experience with spa/salon software a plus).
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and uphold the spa's brand image.
- Must work evenings and weekends.
- Must be 18 years to apply.
