Job Description
As the Digital Marketing Assistant to the CEO, you will spearhead the growth of our CEO’s personal brand across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This role blends creative strategy with hands-on execution: crafting a social presence that attracts qualified leads, drives engagement, and elevates our CEO as a thought leader in real estate investing, Airbnb hosting tips, tax-saving strategies, personal lifestyle, and entrepreneurial insights. You’ll develop and implement social media strategies, manage ad campaigns, and oversee production of the Elliott Caldwell Podcast, from content planning to videography.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to grow the CEO’s personal brand and audience on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Create and schedule engaging content, including short-form video, reels, and long-form YouTube content
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across social platforms to generate and nurture leads
- Oversee production and distribution of the Elliot Caldwell Podcast, including booking guests, editing, and publishing episodes
- Capture and edit high-quality video content for social media, events, and podcast episodes
- Track analytics, monitor trends, and recommend data-driven adjustments to improve reach and engagement
- Collaborate directly with the CEO to align messaging with brand goals and upcoming initiatives
- Coordinate with designers, freelancers, and other stakeholders as needed to ensure consistent visual and brand identity
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management (personal-brand experience a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube best practices, including short-form and long-form video formats
- Ability to create engaging, conversion-focused video content designed to perform well in paid social campaigns
- Strong videography and video-editing skills; familiarity with preferred video editing tool
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for storytelling and trends
- Highly organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Passion for personal branding, thought leadership, and digital marketing innovation
- Ability to collaborate effectively with the CEO, marketing team, and digital assistant
Physical requirements
- Ability to work a standard full-time schedule (Monday–Friday) with flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate content shoots, events, or time zones
- Comfort with setting up, recording, and moving video or podcast equipment as needed for shoots
- Ability to stand, flex, crouch, and lift up to 25lbs on occasion.
