What are the responsibilities and job description for the Car Wash Attendant position at The RipTide Car Wash?
Summary:
RipTide Car Wash is seeking a Car Wash Attendant to ensure the highest quality wash experience possible for our customers. Our Car Wash Attendants are responsible for guiding customers onto our conveyer and sending customers through our wash tunnel while ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
Job Schedule:
- We are primarily seeking full-time applicants with the availability to work weekdays (primarily opening shifts).
- We are fairly flexible regarding expected hours per week, but we are targeting somewhere in the 30-40 hours per week range.
- This employee may be expected to work the occasional weekend shift. However, at least 10 days of notice will be given whenever this is the case.
Pay:
- Starting hourly rate: $15.50
- $2-10 commission for each unlimited wash club membership you sell (more on this in the interview).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet all customers with a warm and friendly welcome.
- Safely guide customer vehicles onto our exterior wash tunnel conveyor.
- Prep customer vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
- Send vehicles through our wash tunnel.
- Observe vehicles going through our wash tunnel to ensure all safety protocols are followed.
- Provide the best possible customer service.
- All other duties as assigned by the location management team.
Qualifications:
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to work outside.
- Prior car wash experience is preferred.
