Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Producer with strong communication skills to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping clients, and is passionate about sales and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and marketing efforts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
• Follow up on leads and cross-sell additional coverage when appropriate
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Collaborate with team members to meet agency goals

Qualifications:

• Active insurance license (Property & Casualty preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Sales-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
