As the Fulfillment Order Operations Coordinator, you bridge customer expectations with warehouse execution—keeping information accurate, shipments on track, and returns handled smoothly.
What you'll do- Manage and coordinate order details, communicating effectively via email with internal teams and customers.
- Provide upbeat, solutions-focused customer service and assist with customer returns from start to finish.
- Use a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to look up orders, update statuses, and support order flow.
- Support shipping and receiving activities to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment.
- Apply solid computer skills to navigate systems, documents, and spreadsheets as needed.
- Computer literacy and confidence using email professionally.
- Customer service experience with a positive attitude.
- Hands-on exposure to a WMS (any system experience is welcome).
- Background in shipping/receiving and general warehouse operations.
