This position is contingent upon contract award to The Right2Work Corporation and will support contract compliance through inspections, documentation, and corrective action monitoring. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Control Supervisor to lead our quality assurance efforts across manufacturing and production processes. Duties
- Lead and coordinate daily quality control activities within manufacturing operations to ensure adherence to established standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems aligned with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, FDA regulations, HACCP, and CGMP guidelines.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
- Oversee quality inspection processes at various production stages, verifying product specifications and documentation accuracy.
- Facilitate root cause analysis for quality issues, leading corrective and preventive action (CAPA) initiatives to resolve recurring problems effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project management efforts related to quality improvements and new product launches.
- Analyze data from quality metrics to monitor trends, report findings to leadership, and implement strategies for continuous enhancement of quality systems.
Experience
- Proven experience in manufacturing or quality control environments within regulated industries such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 9001, FDA regulations, HACCP principles, CGMP standards, and related quality systems.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive quality audits and inspections with attention to detail.
- Experience in leading teams through training on quality assurance procedures and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Excellent analysis skills for interpreting data trends and implementing effective corrective actions.
- Project management skills capable of coordinating multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining focus on compliance goals.
