Summary of Position
The Membership Executive is responsible for selling memberships, fostering positive relationships with club members, engaging in community events, and actively participating in revenue budget planning. This role requires a proactive approach to sales and relationship management, with a strong passion for boating and a customer-first attitude.

- Completes training as required by company, property and brand.
- Maintains a clean and neat appearance at all times. A complete uniform (or business attire for non-uniformed associates) must be worn at all times in public areas, including a name tag.

- Understand all Life Safety and Fire Safety procedures.
- Provide outstanding service to FBC members by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. Maintain high levels of member satisfaction and retention.
- Drive membership growth by identifying and pursuing potential leads.
- Conduct sales presentations and tours for prospective members.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by converting prospects into members.
- Manage and track leads, follow-ups, and membership conversions in CRM systems.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current members to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for prospective members, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional club experience.
- Regularly gather and assess member feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Represent Freedom Boat Club at community events, trade shows, and local gatherings to increase visibility and attract new members.
- Build and nurture relationships with local businesses, marinas, and community organizations to foster partnerships and enhance club reputation.
- Organize and participate in member events and community outreach initiatives to create a sense of belonging and engagement.
- Collaborate with the management team in developing and executing the revenue budget.
- Provide input on sales projections, membership fees, and promotional strategies.
- Monitor sales performance against budget goals and adjust strategies as needed to ensure revenue targets are met.
- Participate as Manager on Duty for the Freedom Boat Club
- Any other duties that are required at the direction of the supervisor.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- University degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience
