Job Duties
- Assist servers with delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and professionally
- Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked service stations throughout service
- Refill water glasses and assist with bread, beverage, and table service as needed
- Clear and reset tables efficiently while maintaining fine dining standards
- Support smooth communication between kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Polish silverware, glassware, and service items
- Assist with table maintenance to ensure an exceptional guest experience
- Stock linens, plates, ice, and restaurant supplies during shifts
- Help prepare dining rooms and patios before service and assist with closing duties
- Maintain cleanliness throughout dining areas, service stations, and back-of-house areas
- Provide friendly, professional, and attentive guest interaction
- Assist with banquet events, golf outings, weddings, and special events as needed
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards
- Respond quickly and professionally to guest and team member requests
- Help create a welcoming, polished, and memorable dining experience for members and guests
- Ability to lift and carry trays, plates, glassware, and service items
- Stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced fine dining environment
- Capacity to bend, stoop, reach, and move quickly throughout shifts
- Agility to navigate crowded dining rooms and service areas safely
- Physical dexterity for carrying trays and performing detailed service tasks
