The Ridge at Meadowlake is seeking a dependable and motivated Maintenance Technician/Groundskeeper to join our team.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing apartment make-readies
- Repairing and maintaining household appliances
- Completing general maintenance and repairs
- Troubleshooting HVAC systems
- Maintaining the grounds and common areas as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience with apartment maintenance preferred
- HVAC knowledge required
- EPA Certification is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
