The TRG Growth Practice is partnering with a growing global manufacturer to identify a Continuous Improvement Engineer who will take ownership of driving corrective action and eliminating repeat issues across multiple manufacturing sites. This role sits within a division experiencing strong growth and investment, offering high visibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact early on.

What You’ll Do
- Lead structured problem solving efforts (8D, RCA, etc.) across multiple sites
- Identify trends across warranty, returns, and reliability data
- Drive cross-functional corrective and preventive actions
- Partner with Operations and Engineering to implement sustainable improvements
- Support continuous improvement initiatives tied to repeat issues and cost of quality
- Help standardize processes and best practices across sites
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with 8D, root cause analysis, or corrective action systems
- Background in a manufacturing environment
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to drive issues to resolution
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence teams
- Experience with continuous improvement or Lean methodologies preferred
- 3-7 Years of Relevant Experience
