Our client, a rapidly growing ABA organization committed to clinical excellence and family-centered care, is seeking their next Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a 6–15 child caseload (determined by therapy hours, not arbitrary caps)
• Maintain 35–40 billable hours/week with strong administrative support
• Conduct assessments, develop data-driven treatment plans, and update programming
• Provide weekly RBT supervision per BACB standards
• Deliver consistent parent training and maintain collaborative caregiver relationships
• Coordinate with intake, scheduling, billing, and administrative teams to ensure continuity of care
• Partner daily with RBTs, fellow BCBAs, and leadership to maintain clinical excellence
What You Bring to the Role:
• Strong ABA clinical competency, including treatment plan development, FBA writing, and supervision
• Ability to provide a redacted FBA treatment plan sample to demonstrate writing quality and analytic reasoning
• Experience supporting high-need behavior cases (SIB, elopement, aggression, etc.)
• Confidence coaching parents and communicating clearly with caregivers
• Active BCBA New Jersey LBA (or eligibility)
