- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Supervise front desk staff, providing training and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Handle guest relations issues with professionalism, aiming for complete guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate night audit procedures as necessary, ensuring accurate reporting and financial integrity.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, promotions, and local attractions to effectively assist guests.
- Utilize multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls efficiently while maintaining phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience and operational efficiency.
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
