Bilingual Real Estate Agent

Summary

The Ricci Team is looking for a driven Bilingual Real Estate Agent to join our Carmel, NY office. This role is well suited to a client-oriented professional who can develop lasting relationships with buyers and sellers in English and an additional language. You will guide clients through every stage of the real estate transaction while leveraging the resources, guidance, and teamwork of an established group serving the NY-22 area.

Responsibilities

• Guide buyers and sellers through the full real estate transaction process, from initial consultation through closing.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding goals, providing personalized guidance, and delivering exceptional service.
• Conduct property showings, open houses, comparative market analyses, and buyer consultations.
• Develop and execute effective marketing strategies for property listings, including online, social media, and local outreach.
• Communicate fluently in English and Spanish with clients, prospects, vendors, and other real estate professionals.
• Negotiate offers, contracts, and transaction terms while protecting clients’ interests and maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Manage transaction details, documentation, follow-ups, and coordination with lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Active New York real estate salesperson or broker license, or eligibility to obtain one
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish; strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages
• Knowledge of the Carmel, NY, and surrounding Putnam County real estate markets preferred
• Proven customer service, sales, or client relationship management experience
• Strong negotiation, presentation, organization, and time-management skills
• Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, and other real estate professionals
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a commission-based environment
• Proficiency with computers, email, social media, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout the local market for showings, appointments, and networking events
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on client needs
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and commitment to ethical real estate practices
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
