Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook grilled dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications, ensuring consistency and quality.

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations following food safety sanitizing procedures throughout each shift.
- Assist with food preparation tasks including seasoning, and portioning ingredients for optimal flavor and presentation.

- Adhere strictly to recipe guidelines to ensure consistency in taste, appearance, and portion sizes during high-volume production.
Experience
- Previous experience as a grill cook or in a similar food industry role with a focus on grilling or food preparation is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures within a commercial kitchen setting.
- Strong knife skills and familiarity with operating various kitchen equipment essential for efficient meal prep.
- Experience working in fine dining or high-volume restaurant environments is advantageous.
- Proven ability to follow recipes accurately while maintaining flexibility during busy service hours.
