It’s boots-on-the-ground, camera-in-hand, idea-to-execution production, with editing peppered in. Film and deliver 3 - 4 listing videos per week (on location; equipment supplied), including drone operation when necessary, weekly green screen agent content, monthly market updates, monthly podcasts (in-office), and off-site local business spotlights. Ensure listing and time-sensitive content is delivered within a reasonable timeframe. Maintain consistent visual quality, lighting, and audio standards, brand presentation, pacing, and storytelling structure.Editing & Post-Production Oversight. Perform edits in Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred platform) and manage outsourced editors depending on production volume. Provide clear direction, templates, and brand standards to external editors. Collaborate with the Marketing Team to review, revise, and verify all externally edited footage before publishing. Deliver branded, unbranded, and graphic-free versions of videos.Podcast & Long-Form Content Production. Film and edit monthly podcast episodes; prepare long-form YouTube versions and short-form social cutdowns. Maintain consistent format, pacing, and visual identity across episodes.Workflow & Production Systems. Systemize repeatable formats for listing videos, market updates, podcast episodes, and green screen series. Build editing templates and standardized timelines in Premiere Pro. Develop efficient file naming and export systems. Utilize AI tools when possible and identify new tools to aid in production and/or editing.Vendor & Production Management. source and manage freelance editors during peak production periods. Provide technical specs, shot lists, brand direction, and editing guidelines. Source and manage outsourced videographers when additional filming capacity is required. Ensure all outsourced work meets internal quality standards.Asset & Equipment Management. Maintain organized file structures and shared drive access. Build and maintain a categorized B-roll library (agents, office, community, lifestyle). Oversee equipment maintenance and upgrades.
