Summer Internship
Our internship program follows a structured and proven development process that includes a work plan with new goals and responsibilities. A training program designed to give a broad overview of electrical distribution. A detailed explanation of the training program is listed below.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Perform all job functions with willingness and enthusiasm
- Working with fellow employees and teammates
- Maintaining a professional attitude through all aspects of the program
- Abiding by all TRC company policies
Knowledge/Skill/Abilities:
- High school diploma is required, along with currently enrolled in 4-year university.
- Preferred field of studies are engineering (general), mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer engineering, or industrial engineering, but these degrees are not required to be in our program.
- Self-starters: ability to work with minimal supervision; prioritizing and completing tasks at own initiative.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Teamwork skills with peers and mentors.
- Positive attitude with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
- Willingness to learn new about technology and cutting-edge industry products.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented.
