Reynolds and Reynolds is looking for experienced sales professionals for our fixed operations sales team. Our superior software solutions, our award-winning sales, service, and support have made us one of the most recognized and respected companies in the automotive industry.
As a Territory Sales Representative, your primary focus will be to promote the sale of Reynolds’ products to automotive dealerships Parts and Service departments within your territory. As the subject matter expert on our Service Sales Kit, Technician Dispatching solutions, Advance Services, and GoMoto, you will work with the local Account Manager to demo and close the sale.
You will receive a base salary of $65,000 and total targeted compensation for the first year is expected to be $100,000-110,000/year including commissions. Total targeted compensation after the first year is expected to be $135K .

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years related experience
- Strong customer relationship skills
- Persuasiveness and sales-closing abilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Automotive industry experience is preferred (Service Advisor, Parts Manager, or Fixed Operations Manager)
- Able to travel throughout the week (hotel stays) up to 50%
- Must have a valid driver’s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
