In this role, you will serve as the single point of ownership for computer software issues and are responsible for assuring customer satisfaction. You will also have the opportunity to increase your knowledge through various certifications.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience preferred
- Ability to think critically, analytically, and problem solve
