Gubagoo, an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is the leader in conversational commerce for the automotive industry. We are currently seeking a Product Designer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the design of innovative products. In this role, you will be immersed in the entire design process, from research and ideation to designing user experience and interface, prototyping and testing. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional. You will collaborate alongside other designers and developers to come up with, and implement designs for real products.

Key Responsibilities Include
- Implementing designs for new features on existing and new products.
- Apply user research to gather insights and understand user needs.
- Create design flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes in Figma.
- Engaging in usability testing and interpreting user feedback.
- Occasional on-site interviews/user research with dealers.
- Proficiency in Figma required
- Strong skills in designing user interfaces, including layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Experience with user research methods, creating user personas, user flows
- Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and learn from discussions
- Online portfolio, showcasing software design
- Ability to travel up to 10% annually
- Must have reliable transportation as well as a valid driver’s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
