American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc. (AGWS), an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is seeking an Automotive Sales Specialist to join our growing team. In this role you will be responsible for servicing existing accounts within a territory, working directly with the F&I team, Service Departments, and Dealer Principles. You will focus on managing dealer's variable operations sales income and AGWS production sales growth while documenting the best-in-class processes that are essential to successfully sell and service our customers.

Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Cross-sell AGWS products that the dealer may not currently be selling
- Train dealership finance teams in order to maximize both front and back gross opportunities
- Monitor and train dealership personnel on the nuisances and importance of the sales deal structure
- Ensure that every sales deal is worked in a timely fashion and to its total capacity

Requirements
- 2 years automotive sales experience and 1 years in F&I required
- Previous experience with warranty administration preferred
- CDK, Dealertrack, Reynolds & Reynolds, or Autosoft experience is a plus
- Ability to travel, with hotel stays, up to 60-70%
- Strong customer relationship skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must have a valid driver's license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
