Our arcade features a wide range of classic arcade games and pinball machines. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming and exciting atmosphere for our guests, where they can relive their favorite gaming memories and create new ones. We also feature a self pour beer wall full of amazing brews ranging from local favorites to international specialties.
Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Arcade Attendants to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for gaming, beer, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to maintain a clean and safe environment. As an Arcade Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience at The Rewind Arcade.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet and assist guests, providing information about games, beer, events, and arcade services. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
- Beer Knowledge: Assist guests with our self serve beverage wall and educate guests about the amazing beers we serve. Our ideal candidate will be able to find our guests the perfect beverage from our extensive collection.
- Game Maintenance: Monitor and maintain arcade games and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition. Report any malfunctions or issues to management for timely repairs.
- Cleanliness: Keep the arcade area clean and organized, including wiping down game surfaces, emptying trash bins, and ensuring the overall tidiness of the facility.
- Safety: Ensure the safety of guests by monitoring the arcade floor, addressing any hazardous conditions, and enforcing arcade rules and policies.
- Event Support: Assist with the setup and execution of special events, parties, and tournaments hosted by The Rewind Arcade.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of arcade games and a genuine interest in gaming.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- California ABC Certification required within 30 days of hire

Starting Wage: $16.96/hr plus tips. Up to $20/hr after a 90 day probation period.
