Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Massage Therapist located in Baton Rouge, LA. The Licensed Massage Therapist will be responsible for performing therapeutic and relaxing body massage services, including specialized techniques such as Shiatsu and other stress management therapies. Day-to-day tasks will also include maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, consulting with clients to assess their needs, and providing exceptional customer service to promote overall wellness and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Body Massage techniques, including Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Swedish Relaxation, and Custom Therapeutic.
• Understanding of Stress Management strategies and wellness practices
• Strong customer service skills to ensure excellent client experiences
• Valid state licensure for massage therapy
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture
• Willingness to stay updated on industry standards, techniques, and certifications
