Position Summary
We’re looking for a full-time IT Manager to oversee TRS’s technology infrastructure, systems, and critical business applications. This role ensures that hardware, software, and networks operate smoothly, securely, and efficiently, while taking ownership of core programs such as Salesforce, Pardot, and Orion. The IT Manager works closely with internal teams and external vendors to maintain systems, streamline processes, support users, and implement technology solutions that enable the organization to operate effectively and deliver exceptional service to clients.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage all IT hardware and software, including laptops, servers, networks, and cloud systems
- Own and support Salesforce, Pardot, Orion, and other core business systems, ensuring data integrity, smooth workflows, and efficient processes
- Provide or oversee technical support for employees, including onboarding/offboarding and troubleshooting issues
- Partner with departments to streamline processes, automate tasks, and make technology easier to use
- Manage IT vendors, service providers, and external consultants, including contracts and system implementations
- Maintain cybersecurity practices and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations
- Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to improve efficiency and scalability
Experience
- Proven experience managing IT systems, infrastructure, and end-user support in a small to mid-sized organization
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Pardot, Orion, or similar CRM/financial services platforms
- Strong understanding of hardware and software lifecycle management (procurement, deployment, maintenance, replacement)
- Experience streamlining processes, optimizing workflows, and implementing technology solutions
- Experience managing vendors, service providers, or IT consultants
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices and regulatory compliance requirements
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation range: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00/annually depending on experience.
