At The Retirement Solution (TRS), we’re the last advisor our clients ever need - guiding them to retire confidently and live fully. We are looking for a Front Office Manager & Receptionist who brings professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail to our Mill Creek team.
This role anchors the client experience and supports our team’s success - from how we greet guests to how we organize our space and coordinate events. It’s a key position that ensures smooth office operations while delivering exceptional first impressions.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and care
- Answer and route calls, emails, and office communications
- Keep the reception area and shared spaces organized and client-ready
- Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and basic facilities tasks
- Assist with meeting logistics, video conferencing, and team scheduling
- Support internal and client-facing event planning and coordination
Qualifications:
- 2 years in a front desk, administrative, or office coordination role
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Zoom
- Positive, dependable, and proactive attitude
- Experience with onboarding or event logistics is a plus
