The Restoration Group (TRG) is looking for a dependable, hard-working Mitigation Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys physical work, learning new skills, and helping people during emergencies. No certifications required — paid training provided.
Job Summary
As a Mitigation Technician, you will assist with emergency response, water mitigation, and restoration services. You’ll work alongside experienced team members, receive on-the-job training, and play a critical role in helping homeowners and businesses recover from unexpected damage.
Responsibilities
- Assist with mitigation and restoration services
- Perform water extraction and set up drying equipment
- Support job site operations and cleanup
- Work collaboratively with team members
- Provide professional, courteous service to customers
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 100 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Customer-focused with a strong work ethic
- Willing to learn and grow within the company
- Honest and aligned with ethical business practices
- Clean criminal background (no felony convictions)
Construction, carpet cleaning, or water extraction experience is a plus but not required.
Schedule Requirements
- Full-time position
- Participation in an on-call rotation
- Availability for some nights, weekends, and holidays as required for emergency services
