The Restoracy of Whitestown is on a mission to create a work environment and care model where both the staff and residents win because staffing ratios are built around resident needs in a homelike environment.
We are looking for Nurses with experience in rehab or long-term care. With three levels of care, consisting of skilled nursing, memory care and rehab care; you will have a variety of residents to support with a truly home-like experience. Our unique home environment for skilled nursing is delivered in six separate small homes where residents get maximum attention and personal preferences are a reality. Our model provides a kitchen in each home so residents get to see, smell and hear their food being cooked - just like at home.
At the Restoracy of Whitestown, patient centered care is a reality because everything is done on a smaller, more intimate scale. We are fundamentally different from anywhere you’ve worked in 3 major ways:
1. Your work environment will look, feel and function more like a home than an institution. Each home has its own kitchen and will have a dedicated “home-care-specialist” that will take on the responsibilities of cooking and cleaning to allow the clinical staff to focus on what they’re trained to do.
2. You will have specialized training and routine assignments. Each of our six homes has a clinical focus. Two homes for rehabilitation, two for skilled nursing and two for memory care. You’ll be given specialized training to take care of a specific population need. With routine assignments, you’ll get to know and care for your assigned residents better than you ever have before.
3. This community is a locally owned and managed private company. The administrator is also a CNA of 13 years and will be onsite to make sure the residents get the best care and the staff love coming to work. Being local and on-site helps to make the right decision in the moment for what is best for our residents and associates.
