We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join the culinary leadership team of a high-quality, upscale restaurant in Atlanta, GA. What You’ll Do
- Support the Executive Chef with daily BOH operations and service execution
- Lead, train, and develop the culinary team
- Maintain high standards for food quality, consistency, presentation, and sanitation
- Assist with inventory, ordering, food cost, labor, and waste management
- Ensure proper prep, organization, and execution during high-volume services
- Help create a positive, accountable, team-focused kitchen culture
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of Sous Chef or strong culinary leadership experience
- Background in upscale casual or fine-dining restaurants
- Experience working in a scratch kitchen
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a high-volume environment
- Solid understanding of food cost, inventory, labor, and kitchen operations
Compensation & Benefits
