Responsibilities
- Lead daily front-of-house restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Coach, mentor, and develop service and management team members
- Drive a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and accountability
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, beverage service, and presentation
- Monitor labor costs, scheduling, and overall operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and company standards
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and create memorable dining experiences
- Partner with the culinary leadership team to ensure seamless service execution
- Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost control initiatives
- Help recruit, interview, hire, and train top hospitality talent
Qualifications
- 3 years of restaurant management experience in an upscale or fine-dining environment
- Proven leadership experience in high-volume operations
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Experience managing labor, scheduling, and financial performance
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
